QUALITATIVE RECRUITMENT - HOW CAN WE IMPROVE IT?
Over the last few months we've been unfortunate enough to suffer some real problems with recruitment (or, to be more accurate, with recruiters not following instructions and/or cheating). One project had to be abandoned altogether.
It's an issue which is recognised as endemic within the research industry, and despite attempts over the years to address it, it seems never to be resolved.
As members of the ICG (Independent Consultants Group - http://indepconsultants.co.uk/) we have volunteered to set up a working party to try and find ways of dealing with this for the future.
